Jessica's passion for Real Estate started with a goal to purchase her first home by age 25 & she hasn't looked back since!
Home ownership can be extremely rewarding, but it can also be overwhelming. Jessica's goal is to make every real estate transaction as fun & easy as possible, each step of the way, while securing the highest value for her clients (buying or selling)!
With a background in Sales & Marketing for over 15 years, and personally completing several real estate transactions including short-sales, vacant lots, single family, condos, investment & new construction properties, Jessica has established a solid foundation for success as your Realtor. She is a Cal Poly SLO grad with a Degree in Business & Marketing. She has also earned her designation as an Accredited Buyer's Agent (ABR) through the National Association of Realtors.
She has lived in San Luis Obispo since 2004 and feels blessed to call this place home.
Her latest Real Estate endeavor is building a custom home in Pismo Beach. The process so far has been exciting & a huge learning experience for her & her husband. They look forward to creating new memories & growing their family in Pismo Beach.
She is very active in our local community and has served on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of San Luis Obispo, Young Professionals Networking Group and the American Institute of Architects - California Central Coast Chapter. She volunteers for SLO Big Brothers Big Sisters, and is involved in several local service projects through the Rotary Club of SLO. She enjoys making an impact on our community through service.
In her spare time, she loves to travel, cook, bake, & enjoys an active lifestyle exploring the Central Coast and beyond with her husband and two kiddos.
