Jessica's interest in real estate began during her childhood. From the back seat of the car, she would ask her parents to drive through unknown neighborhoods to look at homes or pull over for an open house. Majoring in English Literature, she wrote papers on architecture, maintaining her interest in real estate, but following the path leading to becoming a teacher. Jessica Mastered in Educational Administration prior to her transition into real estate. Jessica's passion and understanding of excellent client service stems from her 13 years of teaching 7th and 8th grade English. Everyone learns differently; therefore, she develops a personalized experience for every buyer and seller she represents. "Most clients need guidance, flexibility and the support to organize real estate transactions so they can enjoy the little freedoms daily life brings," she states. Jessica's ability to plan in advance, present, negotiate, communicate, listen, set & accomplish goals, and organize, helps to routinely unite all sides of the real estate process to create a seamless transaction for her clients so that they can enjoy "time."
As an Orange County native growing up in Anaheim Hills, Jessica knows the nuances of the multiple pockets that comprise each neighborhood. She claims, "It's a great feeling to live and work in an area with so many real estate opportunities." She has listed and sold properties in all price ranges throughout Orange County and Riverside. There is great satisfaction in being able to put energy towards helping people make the best decisions with real estate investments. Instead of just moving through the motions, interactions are personable, moments are teachable, and time is to be appreciated!
As a previous Charter School Board Member, Jessica continues to regularly participate in fundraising programs with local schools and maintains and builds upon community partnerships. A fitness and outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys hiking, camping, and traveling outside the country to learn about other cultures. Some of these exciting destinations include Costa Rica, Guatemala, Belize, Canada, Mexico, and various countries all over Europe. In her free time she enjoys photography, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
