She took what could have been a difficult, disheartening process (dealing with the market of 2023!) and made it wonderful! Jessica really goes above and beyond your typical realtor. She really pays attention and genuinely cares about an optimal outcome holistically which is much larger than just getting the best price. This turned out to be incredibly valuable to us as our situation holistically was complex. She leaves nothing to chance i.e., very proactive in a team oriented way. She has a very valuable rolodex of different types of contractors, staging consultants, moving companies, bridge financing etc. to ensure that all aspects of your sale/purchase/move are covered.

Unbelievably responsive and communicative, with the patience of a saint. Very knowledgeable about neighborhoods, house mechanics and appliances, renovations, has great relationships with mortgage brokers, lawyers, etc. Never pushy and always honest.

First, after just one phone call with us, she immediately picked up our needs and vibe and identified the perfect temporary rental house in a great neighborhood we had known nothing about. She then spent the next 3 years working with us to help us buy a house, dealing with our indecision, giving us tough love when we needed it, and steered us into our dream home.

Jessica was extremely helpful during the entire process. From selling our home in Fairfield CT to finding and buying our dream home in Madison, CT. Our home sale was was complex-riddled with anxiety and stress and required imagination and salesmanship. As such we interviewed dozens of agents, were referred to many more, and none had the vision or out of box logic we required like Jessica. This was a family home my mother lived in for 40 years. This was not just “some house” and as such this was emotional- a sea change for my Mother and myself. Jessica not only had parallel vision, but she also had the empathy and desire to understand the human element. Jessica spent a great deal of time with my Mother, visiting, assisting, checking in on a daily basis. Most importantly she respected our positions on various issues and never made a decision without a direct and clear line of communication, explanation, understanding, and ultimately approval from us. She was a team player. She was hands on, proactive and solution based. Conversely because of her personal approach we trusted her implicitly and thus we had a result that was beyond any reality we imagined. Jessica was more than a realtor. She was able to adapt to what seemed like endless last minute challenges and devise solutions that brought these challenges to a swift resolve. She was an excellent mediator with an extremely difficult buyer. She diplomatically and strategically knew when to push and when to pull back regarding the closing which is an art. Ultimately we ended up with $300k over asking and almost double what other agents said we would sell for. The results were astounding. We always knew what the house was worth and Jessica was the only one that believed in the home like we did.

In conclusion, for all the above mentioned reasons and more that I simply can’t articulate we can’t recommend Jessica enough. She has the vision, compassion, imagination, and experience to maximize the result and streamline the process. She genuinely cares about us as clients and people and we plan on remaining close with her for years to come.
