Jessica Tuggle is, in my option, the best realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. I met her a few years ago when I first embarked on my house hunting journey. She is patient, understanding, and so helpful! Wonderful person overall. She made my first home buying experience the absolute best! I recommend going to her. She’s insightful and will be straight forward with you with any questions you may have. If things aren’t to your liking she is on it to find the perfect solutions. Jessica is absolutely amazing. If you get the chance to work with her you will feel heard and find your Home Sweet Home.

Overall great experience, we were new to the home buying process and Jessica led us through every step of the way. Answered every question that we had and was not bothered at all. Even when things were looking weird from a mortgage company, she asked everything and found answers and had it resolved quickly! An outstanding agent! I was looking to buy a home remotely and needed an experienced real estate agent to make this happen. I Googled "outstanding real estate agents"...Jessica Tuggle was at the Top of the list in The Yuma, Az area.
I can see why. She worked diligently with me to accomplish my move from California, to the great city of Yuma. I have bought many homes while serving in the US Army, it can be daunting and usually trying. With Jessica, it was a smooth operation. Her instincts and attention to details, expertise, negotiation skills, and of course local knowledge, were over and beyond any and all agents I have worked with in the past. She is a real gem in Yuma. She is an easy 5 Star Real Estate Agent...I would give her 6 stars if the system would let me....
