My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Mirco and Jessica to sell our condo and we were very impressed with their effort and professionalism. As remote sellers some of the little things we couldn’t do ourselves were taken on by both Mirco and Jessica to make the process easier. I would say communication was a real strength, we could call, text or email and get an immediate response pretty much anytime. We would definitely recommend using their firm to anyone needing a realtor.

Jessica and Mirco have helped us with two real estate purchases now and have been efficient, friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and gone above and beyond to ensure our offers are successful. Their advice and experience is incomparable. Our first purchase was when we lived in another state and couldn’t travel in time to see houses on the market. Mirco FaceTimed multiple house showings for us, pointing out issues or concerns and highlighting features that weren’t clear from listing pictures. When we purchased our second property, they were the only agents we even considered working with. We refer them to friends and family with no hesitation!

We recently bought a home in Bradenton Fl. using Mirco Uglik as our real estate agent. To start with, we were out of state buyers looking for our next home, that will hopefully be our forever Florida home. We met him over lunch and discussed a list of items we would be looking for in a new home along with the price of homes that were within our budget range. Right from our first meeting we found him very friendly, and he gave us confidence we would be able to find our dream home. This help put my mind at ease as at first glance shopping on Zillo, Redfin, ect, the home looking was very overwhelming.
The things I liked most about Mirco was that when we would call, text, or email he was available, and if not right then, he would return our communication in a timely manner. When he found a new listing that crossed off our house hunting needs, he would contact us to arrange a showing and then when we found possibilities on our own or when we would find a property that might work, he was quick to get us on schedule. But probably the #1 thing I really appreciated from him was his knowledge of the Bradenton area. Areas that had elevated flood risk, good or bad road access in and out of the area to such places as the Gulf beaches or I 75.
He would also come to our showing with information concerning community guidelines, HOA’s, CDD’s, and other information a new homeowner would need to know.
Once under contract in our new home Micro’s guidance helped us through negotiations with the sellers on items found on inspection, what he thought was prudent for the sellers to address and then items we as a new homeowner should be responsible for. His wife Jessica helped with making sure the closing went smoothly. Like Mirco, Jessica was a pleasure to do business with.
In closing I give the highest recommendation to use Mirco and Jessica for your next real estate needs. You will not be disappointed.

We first reached out to Mirco regarding a listing we really liked. He was pleasant, informative, and quick to respond. We live in Indiana and Mirco was excellent at keeping us informed about what was new on the market. When we were ready to make an offer, we started working with Jessica.

Mirco and Jessica were wonderful to work with. We really started the house looking process by not having any idea where we wanted to purchase. And we live 1,700 miles away. It took us a year of working with Mirco and Jessica before we made the final decision of where and what we wanted to buy. They were patient and were willing to answer all our questions. They got back to us immediately, a trait that continued throughout the time we worked with them. Jessica and Mirco Are truly knowledgeable and experienced Sun Coast Florida real estate agents. There’s not a question I had that they did not answer within minutes. I have bought and sold several properties and I have utilized the dynamic duo each time. They are helpful beyond description and very personable and attractive I might add. Funny story… I met Mirco 1st because I was pulled over to the CENTER of Cortez Road in Bradenton as I headed towards Anna Maria Island when I experienced a flat tire. Minutes later Mirco the miracle pulled up behind me and offered to help me fix the flat.
