I have known Jessica professionally for about 2 years prior to working with her as my real estate agent. Jessica went above and beyond all of my expectations. It was nice to be able to work with someone I already knew, but beyond that I was able to see how thorough and gifted she was at her profession. I felt like I could completely trust her within every aspect of my home purchase. She was right there to help me whenever I needed bank statements, helped me navigate numerous online tasks that I am not familiar with, prompt to respond as soon as I asked her opinion and/or to get info on homes I was interested in, and catered relentlessly to any of my other needs. She went out of her way more than a few times to help me and show homes to me even though I live about 50 miles away from her. She was there every time I needed her. And I didn’t feel at all like she gave me special treatment because she was a client of mine before this experience; I feel that she will do whatever it takes for any client to find the right home, she knows all the in’s and out’s of the business and has combed through scenarios for years honing her skill, making her very knowledgeable and experienced in what she does. Also I want to add that this was my first home buying experience. That said, I didn’t know much about the buying process and she guided me every step of the way and was very patient with each task she helped me with. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home, you will be in great hands!

Jessica was great! She’s professional, dedicated, resourceful, and KNOWS her target area. She helped us buy and sell our homes, ensuring everything was right.

Despite all the obstacles my husband gave her, Jess found a home that was perfect for us within our target range and with all the “must-haves” on my list. She truly is a neighborhood specialist!

Jess made sure our home sold for top dollar. It’s one of the reasons we chose her. She has a great track record and does not under sale. She also gave us tips on preparing the house for showing, brought props to help spruce it up, and was flexible with our work schedule. Her AV team took some great pictures and videos, and helped make everything shine on our home’s very own website.

Jess was also very patient with all our questions throughout the process. We can’t say enough great things about her. We recommend her 100%.

Ms. Costella and her team deserves the highest possible stars/rating possible! After placing our home on the market (at midnight), she had already received 5 request to see the house in 5 hours. On day three, we had an offer above asking. 30 days later we closed. Her A/V team was clean, respectful, and professional to our request like no shoes in the house while taking picture and video. Her admin team was easily to access/contact and digital forms were ready within the hour for signing per the natural progression of the sale. Overall a fantastic experience! Stress free and worry free! I would buy/sell with her company any time.

My husband and I decided to work with Jess after she helped another neighbor in our community. She seemed to sell homes quickly and for asking or over, so we didn’t bother looking for any other realtors. Was it the right decision? You bet! We couldn’t be happier with how everything has turned out so far. I say so far because she’s already helped us sell our home for more than the appraised value, and she’s still in the process of helping us work through all of the details with the new build we are purchasing. That’s right. Even if you plan to buy new construction, it’s great to have an agent working with you who knows the lingo and is familiar with tue contracts builders throw at you. Bottom line is, you will not be disappointed when you work with Jess. She’s in your corner, and will work to get you the best deal whether you’re buying or selling. She’s incredibly sweet and is super responsive and makes you feel like you’re the only client she has. 100% recommend choosing Jess as your realtor.
