Jessica Welborn

Jessica is a mom of four, a grandmother of two and grew up in Vidor, Texas. She lived in Port Neches for five years, then moved to Mississippi where she lived for another five years. She currently resides in Vidor and has called Southeast Texas home since 2016. Jessica has been with Dayna Simmons Real Estate for three years, the duration of her time in the industry. She loves listening to buyers and finding a home that checks off as many of their boxes as possible, even seeing the possibilities in a home they may not have chosen at first glance. Outside of her work, she loves working on her house and yard, swimming, building furniture with her husband, and supporting her children in soccer, football, and competitive dance.
