Jessica made my “A” Team. So absolutely I’d work with her again and highly recommend her for anyone who wants to sell their home. Jessica surpassed all my expectations.
I listed my home for sale with her broker Justin at EHS Realty. Jessica was a valuable part of my sales team and always gave 100%. She was always professional, nice, and super knowledgeable. I had many questions, and she had most answers, and research the more complex on the rest. You can count on her knowledge and she worked with me every step of the way and we were well informed. At no time did I find myself hanging waiting for something. Anything. The thing I liked best about Jessica was I felt at ease talking to her and she intuitively understood what I wanted or meant. I knew I could count on her giving her ALL for anything I needed.
I pushed Jessica to work extended days and hours for the open houses. Jessica got on board and was able to motivate her team and that is what they did. She appeased my expectation mindset of “If that’s what it takes to get my home sold as fast as possible were doing it”. I know without doubt Jessica did her ALL in my behalf. The results speak for themselves. Jessica got me a 16 day escrow and made certain nothing got in the way to close. And we did.

We hit the lotto with Jessica! As first time homebuyers, we were completely clueless about the process and had no clue what we were getting ourselves into. Thankfully, Jessica was there to guide us through the entire process. She was available to answer any questions, no matter how small it was. Most importantly, she never made us feel like we couldn’t approach her with our concerns. She is super proactive, friendly, and an advocate for her clients! I know she worked hard for us and we are so happy in our new home. We trusted her 100% and knew she had our best interests in mind. What can I say about Jessica Wychico... nothing but AMAZING things! We had tried to purchase a home for about a year. We started our process last February, right when COVID had hit the US hard. That obviously made the process so much more difficult. We had to jump through so many insane obstacles, things that probably don’t normally show up during the home buying process. When I was starting to lose hope, Jessica kept hope alive.

If you are looking for a professional hard working realtor, she’s the one. Always on time. Always responsive. She is sweet and caring but a shark when she’s fighting for her clients. She never batted an eyelash when she would drive over an hour from her location to view houses with us. We couldn’t be more appreciative for everything she has done for us!! <3

I can’t say enough great things about Jessica! As a first time buyer in a sellers market and with people coming in with cash offers.. Jessica was able to get us into our beautiful new home. After many months of apartment hunting I came across with Jessica’s listing. My brother and I liked the location and the pictures so we decided to call Jessica to schedule an appointment to see the property. Jessica was very professional from the start she had masks and hand sanitizer by the door. After she took us in and tour us through the property and answer all our questions regarding utilities, parking, and etc. So, we decided to continue with the rental process and Jessica made the process go super easy and fast. We recently moved to the IE at the end of 2020 from out of state and we were referred to Jessica through an acquaintance.
