Jesus Henao

For over the 30 years, Jesus Henao has specialized in the sale of investment property in California and Utah. Mr. Henao in his career has marketed and sold investment property in California, Nevada, Idaho, Texas and Indiana. As an expert advisor his focus is Multi-Family investment property and has over seen several transactions ranging from Multi-Family, NNN, Shopping Centers, Business, Gasoline Stations and Office Buildings. Henao is also owns and manages his own real estate portfolio of Apartment Buildings' and Single-Family Homes.

Henao’s was raised in Sun Valley California in the San Fernando Valley, he is the second of three children. Henao’s is first generation American his parents immigrated from Colombia South America. After Henao graduated from Polytechnic High School at the age of 17 he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where he received an Honorable discharge after successfully serving his country in Desert Shield and Desert Storm Persian Gulf War. In addition, Mr. Henao has trained with the Israeli Army in Haifa. At the age of 20 Henao lead a 12-man artillery section in Desert Shield and Desert Storm Persian Gulf War.

Upon completion of his four years in the service Henao received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California USC in Public Policy and Management and a Masters in Real Estate Development from Arizona State University. Prior to commencement Henao began his Investment Real Estate Career at Marcus & Millichap specializing in the Multi-Family acquisitions.

Henao currently resides in Valencia, California and is married to Carolina Henao and is a proud father of three children, Andre, Isabella and Emma. He enjoys attending Laker basketball, USC football and coaching high school football. In his spare time, he is a strong competitor in basketball, football and golf.
