I was referred to Jill by one of my friends. My Sale Involved FIRPTA and i was not sure if i should go ahead with Jill or not but Jill did a through research and connect me to the right CPAs and Lawyers and made sure i am comfortable before i enter into a contract with her. She found a buyer with in an hour of listing my condo and got me an offer with in 4 hours which was pretty awesome. She even spent time with contractor to get some basic repairs done. Overall i feel she is very professional and takes good care of her customers. I would definitely recommend Jill if someone is looking to buy or sell their real estate.

Jill really offered a full-service experience from the onset of the listing in MLS through the full negotiation on the final sale and closing date. Listing and showing was only one portion of selling my house. Even after finding a buyer and accepting a contract, there were still more details to work through, and this was what really impressed me about Jill. In this tough real estate market, there are sometimes "snags" that need to worked out with the buyer, but she thought of everything and her consistency made everything run smoothly. Because she handled everything so well, I also put her in charge of finding my next house, and again she provided a successful outcome. In my opinion, she is an excellent real estate agent!
