We recently closed on our home in Trinity with Corrie Himelright and it was the best decision we could have made in our home buying process! She was wonderful from start to finish, catching every detail possible, negotiating on our behalf, very clear on her communication to us and the listing agent. She also introduced us to her recommended loan servicing team, who works side by side with Corrie to make the process very seamless. Couldn’t recommend her enough!!

Corrie Himelright is an absolute pleasure to work with! She has a beautiful personality that gets you excited about home buying. Corrie reached out to us via Zillow. A home had just come on the market in our neighborhood and we requested to see it same day. She made it happen in the busiest market! We are transplants from the North so we were still navigating the area. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and area we were looking in. Corrie is super responsive! We would see multiple homes in one day and she would get us in to see every home we requested in the same week! She knew what our needs and goals were before we even did. You can tell she loves her career and it shows. She made the home buying process which can be daunting and stressful so fun and seemless. She takes pride in making you feel happy and excited about the process. She worked well with our lender and communicated every step of the way to the tiniest of details. We not only gained a wonderful realtor for life but also a great friend. We highly recommend Corrie for your next search and we definitely will use her again in the future. Jill and her team did an absolutely fantastic job in selling our home. During our initial meeting, Jill and Catie took the time to research our neighborhood and local market to develop a strategy to sell our home quickly and for the best price. Jill explained the process thoroughly and clearly on how and why the listing price was determined. In the current market, accurate pricing is imperative. Too high of a price (even if you think that's the value) limits your potential showings and can lead to price drops and a lower sale price in the end. Jill educated us on this and the rest of the process. That made us feel incredibly comfortable and confident. (Which led to less stress)

Beth came in and helped us stage our home. She setup for pictures by a professional photographer and and for the open house. The pictures came out perfect and accurately represented our home. Beth has a great eye and really knows how a home should look for showing.

Catie manned the open house and welcomed all who came, offering answers to all questions and pointing out the all the things that made our house special.

Jill then reviewed all offers and helped explain what highest and best offer means. (Pro tip* highest isn't always best lol) we then accepted the best offer for us. Then Jill and team took care of the rest.

As stressful as selling a home is, Jill and her team took on most of it. What a terrific experience this was for our family! We could not have done it without her.

Corrie is absolutely amazing! She spent 3 days driving all over creation to show me homes in the short amount of time I had available as I was coming from out of state. Prior to arriving, we had a great talk & from day 1 she completely understood what I was looking for. She was prepared with appointments made ahead of my arrival & was ready to hit the ground running! I 100% recommend Corrie…you will not be disappointed!
