Amazing. Simply amazing. My husband and I were moving from the complete opposite side of the country for a new job and weren’t going to be able to house-hunt for ourselves in person, so the prospect of renting a home sight-unseen in an area we knew nothing about was very stressful to us. Thankfully, Jill was recommended to us by some of our friends in Loudon County who she had helped with purchasing their current home, so we can verify the reviews posted on here are indeed true to just how amazing Jill is. She gave us great insights into various neighborhoods and areas, recommended and sorted through dozens upon dozens of properties, and worked hard with us to narrow down what we were looking for by doing all the legwork in contacting the owners and touring the properties for us all while facetiming us. For example, she saved us from potentially settling on one house when she noticed signs of a mold infestation the owner had been trying to hide from prospective renters and relying on other sight-unseen renters to just take it based on the staged photos. It would’ve been a disaster otherwise had we not had Jill to help us during our home search. Jill was so nice and patient during the entire process, especially since we had a lot of criteria we were looking for. But she delivered! We will definitely use her as our realtor next year when we plan to buy our own house, and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, friendly, and dedicated realtor. Jill came to us highly recommended by a friend who also used her as their realtor, and ultimately she helped us buy our home long distance from Hawaii. This was sight unseen for us, and it goes without saying that we put a lot of trust in Jill! She delivered! Not only was our home amazing, but Jill went above and beyond for us. Our house was vacant for awhile before we could arrive, and Jill continued to help us long after closing by bringing in the mail for us, checking on the house, and even using her own lamp to set on a timer! She was extremely knowledgeable about the area, very upbeat and positive, and was always available to quickly check out whatever houses had popped up that we were interested in. One day I found a house late afternoon on a Saturday, and Jill quickly drove all the way from Ashburn to Springfield to check it out for us. Jill is also a strategic thinker and her insight about the market was very valuable. We are very grateful to have found someone like Jill to help us!

Jill was lovely to work with. Her calm demeanor and thoughtful insight helped me feel confidant while purchasing a home, sight-unseen, from halfway across the world. She took care of all my worries, spent hours driving me around neighborhoods on FaceTime, and even installed timer lights in our newly purchased home (until we could be there in person). Jill exceeded our expectations and then some.

Jill was a life saver of a realtor for our family. We had to find a house in Broadlands, VA while still living in Seattle.
