About Jill

Jill Preschel serves as Chief of Operations for The Kirsten Jordan Team, as well as the head of new development. Her seasoned experience in the real estate business spans over 15 years, across $2 billion worth of real estate.

Jill is a valuable partner to both her colleagues and clientele, possessing specialized expertise in luxury new development. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, she was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for an international developer, where she oversaw marketing and sales for a residential portfolio of 360+ homes in various stages, valued at $600M. Jill also repositioned an asset in the tri-state area to achieve an impressive 47% increase in volume year after year.

Her extensive knowledge of development was cemented in her previous role as Vice President of Marketing and Sales at a New York development firm. There, she ensured the success of the marketing and sales efforts for over 600 units across more than 15 properties in New York City, California, and Florida, with a value exceeding $670M in various stages of development, sales, and leasing.

Prior to that, Jill held the position of Senior Sales and Marketing Director executing the sales and marketing for numerous new developments such as The Woolworth Tower Residences, 35XV, Sackett Union, and Griffin Court. Her successful career began at Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, on the team dedicated to the development portfolio, which at the time included 995 Fifth Avenue, 212 East 47th Street, 535 West End Avenue, Ariel East and Ariel West, Avery, Rushmore, Aldyn, and The Lucida.

Jill is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University. Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling with her family, and photography.
