Jill Preschel serves as Chief of Operations for The Kirsten Jordan Team, as well as the head of new development. Her seasoned experience in the real estate business spans over 15 years, across $2 billion worth of real estate.

Prior to that, Jill held the position of Senior Sales and Marketing Director executing the sales and marketing for numerous new developments such as The Woolworth Tower Residences, 35XV, Sackett Union, and Griffin Court. Her successful career began at Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, on the team dedicated to the development portfolio, which at the time included 995 Fifth Avenue, 212 East 47th Street, 535 West End Avenue, Ariel East and Ariel West, Avery, Rushmore, Aldyn, and The Lucida.
Jill is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University. Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling with her family, and photography.
