The CliffsNotes version: Jill is a ROCKSTAR. My fiancé and I had been searching for a house for years. We had gone through a number of Realtors and to be honest, we got to a point where we were more knowledgeable and motivated than they were. We struggled to find someone we thought would be a good fit, and someone who would guide us through the house hunting process. We met Jill, and everything changed. From that first home we looked at with her, to the one we finally moved into, the entire process was nothing short of fantastic. We genuinely valued her guidance and wisdom during the entire process, and we never felt pressured to "settle" for something we didn't love. Jill is great like that; once she knows what you want, she can sense when a house is a "nope", "maybe" and "oh-my-gosh-this-is-THE-one". There were a few times when we would pop into an open house without her, and when the listing agents would hear that she was our Realtor...well, it was a lot like if someone said they worked for Don Corleone - there was always a look of respect on their faces! She is hands-down the best Realtor out there, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to ANYONE. As a first-time home buyer, I knew that I needed a Realtor who would understand my lack of knowledge of the real estate market and guide me through all of the confusion and bumps in the road that would inevitably come up. I also knew that I needed someone whom I could feel comfortable with and open up to about my needs in a new home. I found all of this, and so much more, in Jill Renee Hill.

When I started the process, I had started to work with another agent. I just didn't feel any type of connection with him, but I talked to him about what I wanted and what he could do for me. But it just didn't feel like he was listening to me or even wanted to help. For instance, days would pass before I would hear back from him when I asked a simple question, which I thought was strange. Meanwhile, my mortgage company recommended Jill Renee Hill, and I almost said..."No thanks." After all, I already had a Realtor, so why would I want another?

Thank goodness I went with my instinct. Jill was so perfect for me, and as soon as I got off of the phone with her during our initial call, I walked over to my desk and sent an email to that other Realtor, telling him that his services were no longer needed.

While working with Jill, I got everything that I could possibly need during the buying process, and more. It always just felt "right," and she was there for me anytime I had questions or concerns. Since I was going through this process alone, her advice was invaluable, and she was very upfront and honest about everything.

I will never forget when she called me to tell me that the seller had accepted my offer on the most perfect home for me. I was so happy, and I said to her, "Jill, I'm seriously trying not to cry," and she said, "Me, too!" I absolutely believe that to be true. That human connection was so important to me, and for anyone going through this process, it truly is vital to have that.

I have already recommended Jill Renee Hill to other people, and I cannot praise her enough. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, honest, and kind, and amazing at every step…and twist…and turn…along the way.

I would recommend Jill Renee Hill to anyone needing a Realtor, and if I could give her 10 stars, I would do it in a second!
