It is official. Our house in Osceola, Indiana has sold. I have to brag on our agent/broker Jill Robinson Real Estate Broker - Century 21 Circle because over and over again, she has proven how incredibly adept she is for those she represents on each side of a real estate sale. For Radiant Life Church, she represented us as buyers, going to bat for us in a variety of purchase offers until we found a property that met our needs. She worked tirelessly for over ten years to walk with us through that process. For Susan Utley and I, it was very clear to us who we should choose to list our house. It wasn't due to loyalty alone, but because we knew she would fight for us, represent us, and help us achieve the maximum proceeds from our house sale. And, she was true to form, representing us incredibly well. Today, we say thanks to Jill Robinson for her hard work, and for the friendship we have enjoyed with her and Steve. As buyers, Jill is our agent. We reached out to her on a Thursday afternoon stating that we just had a deal on a house fall through…we were leaving our previous agent…we had a home we were interested in…and since we are living out of the country, we needed an agent willing to videoconference with us and really see potential homes through our eyes to help us make a purchasing decision.
She wrote back within the hour with a time to meet via Zoom.
We thought this would be a “get to know you” call…nope…Jill called us from the front porch of the house we voiced an interest in and proceeded to tour inside!
She understands that in this market everyone needs to work fast…but she was leaps and bounds ahead of everyone we’ve ever seen finding us homes to view, educating us on the legalities and loopholes of real estate, and answering every text, email and change of direction we threw at her quickly and with grace. Not once did we ever feel like we weren’t the most important people in her life and that she lived for our texts ;-)
I am happy to report that thanks to Jill and her professionalism, contacts in the business, critical eye for detail, expert contract writing, and good old fashioned hustle (our price bracket is the MOST competitive)…four days from when we first reached out to Jill, we are under contract on the home of our dreams.
This has been the best experience because of Jill. She is a true partner to her clients and we were blessed and lucky to have found her.
