Jim Albino

Jim is originally from Clifton, and has been a resident of Little Falls for more than 20 years. Prior to their Real Estate careers, Jim had owned and operated his own business prior to his real estate career. He is in the community and volunteers for school and youth sports programs. He looks forward to helping his friends and neighbors with their real estate needs.
Jim began his real estate career in 2003, joining our office in 2007. Placing a premium on honesty, integrity and relationships, Jim sees client satisfaction as the key to his successful real estate career. Whether representing the purchase of a single family home or the sale of a one bedroom condo, Jim always puts his client's priorities first.

Jim is able to describe the process in simple terms; he is energetic and enthusiastic to his buyer and seller’s needs. Jim also takes pride in his ability to find and match buyers with the home of their dreams, all the while guiding them through the process. He is extremely organized and with his constant communication and results-oriented approach will find the right property for the right price.

He is always accessible to his clients be it day or night. When Jim is marketing a home for sale, sellers are secure in the knowledge that he will use his expertise to handle the marketing and sale of their home from listing to closing as if it were his own. When representing sellers, Jim often goes the extra mile for his clients. Jim states, “I spend time with sellers to enhance their homes attributes and have taken classes in Home Staging, making it market-ready and maximizing its selling potential.
