I have been bothering Jim for YEARS about purchasing a home. No matter how many times I started and stopped the process, he was patient, responsive and knowledgeable. When I finally committed to completing the home-buying process, Jim fought for me through my many offers. Both Jim and the team at Engel & Volkers were outstanding in their assistance, communication, and support. I wouldn’t work any other realtor.

I assure you that you can't go wrong with Jim Becker at Engel & Volkers. Jim is thorough, detail-oriented, professional, and very creative in seeking solutions to potential issues that arise along the way while selling a home. Jim sold my home in May, 2022 and in following his advice and counsel, the house sold in record time far above asking price. Jim provided lots of tips to facilitate the sale of the house and personally helped supervised some of the last minute improvements that were required. Jim is engaged, personable, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Jim and you will be in very good hands should you choose him as your representative!
