I began my career as an Electrical Engineer in the Defense industry and moved up through the ranks until my retirement as a marketing executive. Putting my marketing skills to work, I joined the real estate industry in New England. Relocating to the warmer Florida climate has given me new perspective as I introduce clients to the Sunshine State with my unique approach. Having logged many hours of appraisal courses in Florida, I am in a terrific position to guide clients through investment moves, and to ensure smart pricing and accounting for every real estate dollar.
I chose real estate because it is one of the primary financial engines in this country - witness the recent recession that started in housing. In addition, it brings me a lot of satisfaction to see folks able to move to a new job/location after assisting them in selling their home. I also enjoy watching new clients move into their first home or happily settle in here after relocation. During my years in New England, I was very active in the Navy League.
