Jim Chuba

Jim has been a licensed Florida real estate agent since 2009. He started his career when most agents were getting out of the business. He has sold millions of dollars' worth of properties and enjoys working with sellers, buyers and investors.

Jim prefers to personally handle client's transactions (whether selling or buying) from start to finish and will never hand your sale to an assistant or "team member." Treating the sale or purchase of your home like it is his own is his standard.

Jim has sold properties in Orange, Seminole, Lake and Osceola counties, and is concentrating these days in the West Orlando communities of Hunter's Creek, Dr. Phillips, Windermere and Winter Garden. One of the most rewarding aspects of Jim's business is working with first time buyers. He believes in giving back to the community and volunteers his spare time to speak at Orange County first time home buyers seminars.
