Jim was recommended to us by our bank, and he immediately accepted us as clients. In our initial meeting, Jim gave us great advice as first time home buyers. As we were on a strict time schedule, Jim devoted 4-5 hours a day to us for over a week. Not only did he give us his undivided attention, but he did more research each night to help us come up with more listings in our budget. Each day, he met us with a new plan of attack until we found the house that was right for us. Jim guided us through every step of the home buying process. He made what we expected to be a stressful ordeal into a fun and exciting time. Jim was professional and caring, and has kept in touch with us, offering help with anything we need. Homes.com Review

First met Jim at a Home and Garden show at Va. Beach Convention Center. Needed to filnd a Realtor to sell my home soon, and liked him and his partner Sandy Lotz. He did what I needed and got the house sold, full asking price in 4 days.
