Jim brings over 30 years of sales, marketing, and management experience from having owned companies in various industries. Jim’s marketing background includes his development of industry leading national and global marketing strategies that served to distinguish and drive Cape Cod Oceanview Realty and Collins & Demac Real Estate in Shrewsbury. Jim’s senior sales executive experience ensures that his real estate clients have a seasoned expert at negotiations representing them.

A Shrewsbury, Massachusetts native, and former All American golfer and graduate of Amherst College, Jim has been coming to the Cape since childhood, and currently resides with his wife, Susan, on Great Island in West Yarmouth.
