Originally from Iowa, he and his wife returned to Kansas City in 2016—the city where they first met and built their family over 30 years ago.

Outside of real estate, Jim enjoys golf, cheering on the Chiefs, and spending time with his family. He and his wife have five beautiful granddaughters, making grand-parenting one of his greatest joys.
