Jim was exceptional navigating us through this challenging real estate market : battling Covid restrictions, organizing showings during the ice storm of 2021, offering temporary storage for our shipments at his home, and being exceptionally patient with us as “out of town “ buyers who needed to learn this market before finally finding and purchasing our “forever home”.
