In 2013, Jim earned the CCIM designation for commercial real estate agents, equivalent to an advanced degree in Real Estate. The CCIM designation represents many facets of training and testing in real estate principles, theories, and practical applications. Before his real estate career, he was a Certified Public Accountant for 27 years. This training, education, and experience provide him with a foundation that few real estate professionals have because he understands a real estate transaction's complex financial and legal facets.
