Jim Herman

As a born and bred Manhattan Beach native, Jim Herman comes from a family of Real Estate professionals. His father and uncle both have earned a long standing reputation for excellence in local Real Estate over their life-long careers and as a result, Jim has been “raised” by some of the best in the business with real estate in his background his whole life.

Jim enjoys the process of discovering the perfect property for his clients and guiding them through negotiations while providing exceptional service along the way. Client satisfaction is something Jim takes to heart and is an integral part of his business operation.

Jim is a Mira Costa alumnus and he went on to attend San Diego State University. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two young sons while taking advantage of the SoCal beach lifestyle found throughout the South Bay. Jim and his family currently reside in Redondo Beach.
