I liked the response I received from Jim Lane to show us anything we wanted to look at and when we wanted to look at them. We looked at several properties that ranged from fixers to remodels. This helped us narrow our search, especially when we didn't at first know exactly what we wanted. By letting us look at what was available we feel that we got the house we wanted in a great neighborhood. I liked his non-pushy approach and yet his subtle advise and direction.
