Then in 2013 we met Jim and sat down together and explained what we were looking for. Living in Scotland, UK met with many challenges and at times thought it all hopeless, yet Jim was totally 100% professional and committed, his encouragement and reassurance along the way was the making of our dream come true. He went that extra mile and way beyond his working day commitments. His continuous support and assistance from start to finish helped us finally purchase our dream Florida Villa, without him we are confident to state we would probably either still be searching or given up. He is genuinely passionate, dedicated and honest in his attitude to his work and we would without any hesitation highly recommend him to any one looking to purchase property in Florida, in particular for anyone looking from the UK / EU. 06/28/2016 - RiaMacQ Bought a Single Family home in 2006 in Clermont, FL. Jim is an excellent realtor, he is knowledgeable about the area, can give sound and honest advice. His expertise is second to none and he has a huge number of useful contacts to make buying your property quick and easy. On top of all that he is very friendly, responsive to his clients' needs, nothing is too much trouble. He made both our buying and selling experiences as pain free as it is possible to do. Would absolutely recommend Jim to anyone in the property market.

07/08/2016 - petegould8 Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Davenport, FL. Jim , what can you say , I was a uk buyer, flew over the pond and meet Jim the guy was great he took us to around 50 plus houses to view , even brought lunch , after looking and looking and going back to re view , Jim was always very helpful , even at times pointing out that some things at some houses where not for us . - after a period Jim found us our house and saw the thing though until completion I would say with hand on heart Jim was once hell of a helpful guy and I would suggest him 100% to anyone
