I've lived in Arizona since 1993 and I've been licensed in real estate since 2005. My main area of real estate business from 2006 until 2012 was the pre-foreclosure (short-sale) and foreclosure (REO/lender-owned) markets. Having helped dozens of homeowner's avoid foreclosure during that time I now focus on traditional (regular) sales in suburban neighborhoods throughout the Valley.
