Jim helped us navigate a crazy housing market to purchase the first home of our dreams. We had looked over the course of a year at homes in the area, and with multiple real estate agents. Jim was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable by providing specific recommendations based on facts and experience, whereas other agents seemed tentative to help provide actionable recommendations. He is straightforward and honest which helped us as first-time buyers to focus on what really matters. Jim has a great intuition as to when time/effort needs to be spent (our initial phone call lasted almost an hour) vs. being efficient and succinct with communication. I highly recommend Jim and will be reaching out to him for any future real estate needs!
