Before joining Realty One Dockside team I managed Century 21 Seacoast Realty's Commercial Division for the past five years. I pride myself on providing exceptional service and detailed knowledge to help clients gain a favorable return on their commercial or investment property. I specialize in hotels, shopping centers, tracts of land, warehouses, self-storage facilities and can be of assistance with any type of commercial property. I also have an extensive knowledge of investment properties by working closely with world renowned educator and speaker Lisa Vander of Pacific Blue Investment out of Del Mar, California. I was fortunate to receive a Centurion Award in 2006, which is the highest award presented by Century 21 Corporate. I have worked hand in hand with Ralph Lewis, the owner of Century 21 Seacoast Realty who possesses more than 28 years of commercial real estate experience. I have various contacts in Myrtle Beach in all aspects of commercial real estate as well as throughout the Southeast and routinely travel the Carolinas to work with properties and clients. I spent 22 years in the Golf Course Industry before changing careers and my last position was managing three high-end golf courses in Pawleys Island, SC. Originally from High Point, NC, I graduated from North Carolina State University and while in Raleigh I met my wife, Sophie. We have been married 22 years and have been residents of Surfside Beach since 1989. We have a 16-year old daughter, Meredith, who is a junior at Socastee High School.
