JIM ONEIL

Jim O’Neil has 39 years of personal real estate experience, with direct sales experience since 2005. Having lived in the Bay Area since 1983 and in San Francisco since 1990, Jim is highly knowledgeable of Bay Area real estate, with expertise in San Francisco and southern Marin County. Jim has also completed transactions in Santa Clara, San Mateo, Alameda, Contra Costa, and Sonoma Counties. He is known for his impeccable client service, relationship building, negotiation skills, and integrity. He is a property owner in Sonoma County and has investment property in Colorado and Oregon. He has extensive experience with single-family homes, condos, TICs, and investment properties, including 1031 exchanges. Jim worked for AT&T/Pacific Bell in a variety of positions for several years and was a principal at Ernst & Young prior to entering real estate sales in 2005.
