We met Jim through an enthusiastic referral from a close relative. We were selling a parent’s home after their passing within three days of each other and needed professional and compassionate support amidst the stress of estate resolution. Jim met with us to tour the house and discuss areas of preparation even before we retained him as our agent. His recommendations indicated long experience with buyer expectations and his extensive knowledge of online marketing and regional market trends gave us the confidence to trust his expertise in our unique situation. As working professionals with a college-bound son our lives were hectic enough before the addition of estate management duties, and Jim supported us with just enough communication to meet our needs without over-burdening us. Buying a home in todays market was supposed to be scary, but with Jim as our agent, it was anything but that! Jim is one of the best out there. He has the experience you need and is very responsive to any inquiry you may have during the process. I sold my home through Jim and couldn't have asked for a better experience. He will not overburden you with unnecessary email/text and knows how to deal with unforeseen circumstances. Not only did Jim help us sell our house and buy our next one, he really joins the family as a key stakeholder in the process. You always feel 100% supported not just in the documents, but with the emotions that come with selling the house. We were really on the edge about selling and moving, but he listened to where we were and helped us make that decision. Now looking back we know it was the right decision, but at the time our emotions got the best of us. Jim is more than an agent, he is a friend that will always have your back.
