Jim Paris

Since his arrival on Hilton Head in 1974 Jim has witnessed the Gas Crisis, the 1980's interest rates, the tax reform act, and the financial apocalypse of 2008. In those years, he weathered the panic. Jim helped buyers realize their dreams of moving to the beach while helping sellers profit handsomely at the closing table.

Without his clients and fellow agents, he would be in a much less fulfilling career. Jim considers that possibility every day when he wakes up. In those early morning hours, he thanks God for family, friends, life in paradise, and for the opportunity to continue helping you live and thrive on Hilton Head Island.
