Jim Rockwell

Jim Rockwell has a passion to live a balanced life with equal weight given to work, family, personal interests and community. Real estate offered him a career that allowed him to realize that passion. In 2005 he opened Rockwell Realty, which allowed him to develop a company that emphasized quality service to clients and brokers, while giving back to community.

Jim has worked as a full time real estate broker for over 30 years. The last 14 years he has owned Rockwell Realty, a small brokerage with an office in the Sunset Hill neighborhood of Ballard. He has personally sold homes in all parts of King County and South Snohomish County and now work some in Anacortes as well as Jim and his wife, Deb, bought 5 acres in 2018, where they plan to build and retire.
