About Jim

Since Jim obtained his Real Estate license in 2002. After graduating from
world. Jim has been selling Real Estate in Ocean City, MD and Delaware
resides with his family, just outside the Town of Berlin, Maryland. He
is fortunate enough to live in the house that belonged to his wife’s
grandparents. Blake has been vacationing on the Eastern Shore since the
age of 4. In the 70’s and 80’s his family took annual summer vacations
in nearby Bethany Beach, Delaware. It was then that Blake fell in love
with the Eastern Shore. When he is not busy with Real Estate you can see
Blake gardening or kicking a soccer ball around with his daughters. His
office of work is Coldwell Banker Bud Church Realty, Inc. and he is the
Associate Broker of the company.

In his personal life, Jim's greatest accomplishments are his two wonderful daughters who he shares with his incredible wife, Jaime. Blake is also proud to be a DII National Champion in Rugby at Salisbury University and a 1999
graduate of Salisbury University. In his downtime, Blake enjoys skiing,
home gardening, fishing and working with some of the best people in the
Salisbury University, he moved to Ocean City, Maryland.
