Before starting his real estate career, he, for many years, Jim Wise owned his own retail business in the local area. This provided him with ample customer relation skills and wide-ranging customer contacts, which translate now into more buyers for his client's homes. For almost thirty years he enjoyed a successful real estate career. He earned the position as one of the top five agents out of more than 1800 in the Greater Harrisburg area. During the past four years he has listed and/or sold over $75 million in both new and resale homes, keeping me in the top 1% of realtors in the area.
