Before Jim got into real estate 36+ years ago, he was a professional bowler & small business owner.
1989-Began his real estate career with Gilpin Realtors in Newark Delaware.
1990 –Rookie of the year with Gilpin
1992– Joins Coldwell Banker real estate the largest local company in the market
1994– GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) Certification 120 Hours of classroom training
1996– ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) Certification 80 Hours of classroom training
1997– Recruited to be the Managing Broker of Fox & Lazo Realtors Bear Delaware office.
2008—Re-entered the real estate sales market after managing thousands of transactions and recruiting hundreds of agents over the last decade.
2009– Arrived in the Lowcountry and have continued to be a top Realtor for eXp Realty to this day.
