Jimmy comes from a background in the hospitality industry selling luxury catering and choreographing exclusive events for both private individuals and large multinational corporations. Having earned three degrees in fine dining and business, he devoted over a decade to providing excellence in service to others. 

Working with Jimmy, you will experience this same level of commitment. Jimmy’s free time is almost completely commandeered by his two “giant” dogs, but in what remains he enjoys all things involving travel, cooking, cocktails, wine, and Disney.
