Jimmy Tran

Jimmy Tran brings a lifelong connection to real estate, growing up alongside his dad in the commercial side of the business. He’s known for being responsive, detail-oriented, and someone who stays on top of every moving piece in a transaction. Jimmy approaches each client with a problem-solving mindset, making sure they feel confident and supported from start to finish. His favorite part of the process is simple but meaningful, seeing clients find a home they truly love and knowing he helped get them there.
Outside of real estate, Jimmy spends most of his time at the gym or working on car-related hobbies, always staying active and hands-on. At home, he’s got an orange cat named Luca and is currently trying his hand at cooking. He’s a self-proclaimed night owl who unwinds by hitting the gym after a long day. Whether it’s walking the Gene Leahy Mall, crossing the Bob Kerrey Bridge, or dreaming about a beach trip to Vietnam, Jimmy values both growth and balance. This year, his focus is on expanding his client base and building real, lasting relationships along the way.
