Complete professional with an amazing heart. We moved from the East coast during COVID and had kids that had to deal with a lot of change in a short period of time. Jing was So. Very. Understanding…supporting the property owner and us as tenants in such a collaborative way! Great at her job and just a great person.

I just moved out of state after having Jing as my property manager. We have moved 8 times in our marriage over the last decade because of work, and never not had a property manager.

I say that just to recognize we have some experience enough to compare others with Jing.

Hands down, and I mean this, Jing is the best we have ever had.

You would never know she had any other clients. She’s responsive, she is dedicated achieving quality outcomes in all scenarios, and she is just super personable and easy to talk to.

We had some issues in the crazy natural disaster rain storms where some flooding happened and I know she was probably working around the clock across her clients, but she navigated the situation to help us and the landlord get the right outcomes in a difficult situation.

She answered lots of questions about the contract, she always reminded us of anything we had to do with professionalism, and she just flat out cares.

She is really good at communication and she really cares about people.

Any others who say otherwise are probably not telling the truth, because I honestly can’t imagine Jing not being super attentive to someone’s needs.
