I have been renting from Exit Realty for the last 6 years and never once have I thought about looking elsewhere. Jay and his team are very caring and have exceptional customer service. They are extremely courteous and attend to any needs we may have. They have reasonable rent pricing and check in monthly to make sure the property is being well maintained by the landscaper.

The only reason we haven’t moved out is because we haven’t found the forever home my wife and I plan on purchasing from this great team!

I was recently involved in a purchase of commercial property in El Centro through another broker. Jay advised on the details of this transaction without any benefit coming to him. He spent nearly two hours explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the impending purchase. He was articulate, well informed and most of all, honest. Through this process, I learnt quite a bit about Imperial Valley and the people that live there. He educated me 100's times more than my own agent did for the past year. It was time for my elderly parents to sell their home of nearly fifty years in El Centro and move to San Diego where I could keep a closer watch on them. It had become too complicated for my wife and I to make multiple monthly trips over one hundred miles each direction. The process to convince them to give up their home and move had taken about four years and they were still very apprehensive and concerned. After quite a lot of time using basic web searches to try to find a list of realtors who might be able to help, I decided to look at Realtor.com. It quickly became apparent that Jay Goyal of Exit Imperial Realty was considered the highest rated realtor in the area based on sales and customer feedback. The next day I made another trip to El Centro to visit my parents. It was a Sunday morning and although I expected to get a voice mailbox when I gave Jay a call, I actually reached him and he agreed to stop by a short time later. Surprisingly, he showed up with comparable sales and documentation to the extent of appearing that he had been researching the property for weeks. Jay was extremely courteous and made my parents feel comfortable from the very beginning. They were very pleasantly surprised when Jay told them what he expected their home to be worth. A very short time later they were signing documents for Jay to list their home. I had concerns about people wandering through my parents’ home when I was unavailable to be close by and asked Jay to hold off posting a sign until we could get their move to San Diego secured. I also asked him to personally screen any interested clients to avoid any unnecessary visits to their home. Jay politely agreed and said that it would be no problem. One week later, Jay had secured a full price offer from a very nice family who loved my parents’ home. He did it without even posting a sign in the yard. Afterward, he made several trips to assist them with paperwork and explain the process at each step. This saved me multiple trips back and forth from San Diego. This was a very difficult time in my parents’ lives and Jay made the sale of the home and everything associated with it seamless and simple for my parents, as well as my wife and me. We truly appreciate all the hard and efficient work Jay Goyal has done for us with regard to the property at 665 Mesquite street, Imperial, CA . He did a very good research on various properties and recommended this property to us.  He helped us to go through the process of closing both during the acquisition ( 2013) and the sale (2017) of this property which made everything much easier for us.   As for renting out the property, although we were far away in NJ, we were at ease and confident to have Jay to manage it.  He kept us well informed of all issues and recommended what needed to be done.
