We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Jithin. We were first time home buyers with very little knowledge about how to find our dream home. He knows how to help us through this process by being very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Jithin walked with us through every step of the process until closing as a dear friend or family.

Throughout the past several ‘years’ Jithin has been there every step of the way. He answered our calls/text/emails no matter what time of the day or night it was. His professionalism, great work, ethics, knowledge and patience are greatly appreciated.

He never rushed us. He took time to explain the details of each house we saw. He travelled many times to Rockland and many parts of Westchester to fulfil appointments for us.

I used Century Royal 21 (Jithin's) services recently for purchasing a home and I was most pleased with his professionalism and service. He helped us find the right fit for a home after listening to our criterias. While we did look at several homes, we came back to one of the homes Jithin had suggested in the beginning and from there on everything moved pretty smoothly.
There were minor hiccups along the way of course as this isn't an utopian world. But Jithin worked with us to clear every one of those hurdles. We closed the deal in 2.5 months after we started looking. I am now ready to move in to my new home and i couldn't be any less thankful to Jithin and Century Royal 21.
