She focuses her business primarily in North Scottsdale, Carefree and Cave Creek, AZ, although she works throughout the entire Valley and knows it well since she has lived in Arizona since 1973. She was born and raised in Davenport, Iowa, has strong Midwest core values. She has followed in her family footsteps having a respected background of honesty and hard work ethic. She is meticulous, sometimes to a fault, and is known to be a workaholic. Prior to her real estate career, she worked in a corporate environment, primarily in construction contracts and project management, both domestic/International EPC and general contracting was the backbone for her success. Her negotiation talents were proven successful year over year. She also served as a legal liaison for construction delay claims, dispute resolution, mediation, and arbitration.
