About Jo Ann

Jo Ann has fulfilled various leadership roles within the real estate community, including Chairmanship of the Houston Association of Realtors Fort Bend Networking Group, Chairmanship of the Fort Bend Political Affairs Advisory Group and as Chairman of the Houston Association of Realtors Political Affairs Advisory Group. Presently, she holds the position of Regional Vice President for Texas Realtors and serves on the Board of Directors for both the National Women's Council of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is also a Federal Political Coordinator for House Representative, Troy Nehls. Jo Ann is recognized as an investor for the Realtors Political Action Committee, a member of the Hall of Fame and a President's Circle member.

Jo Ann was a founding member of Women's Council of Realtors Fort Bend and served as its President in 1990. She subsequently became the State President in 1996 and represented the organization as the National President in 2018. During her tenure, Women's Council entered into their first International Agreement with Spain, introduced a new network model to over 250 cities across the country, developed a standard operations agreement for all networks, and established a foundation for the organization.

Jo Ann is actively engaged in her community, having served as Chairman of the Board for the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce twice and as Treasurer of the Greater Fort Bend Economic Development Council. She is also deeply involved in numerous charitable organizations, including The Arc of Fort Bend, where she played a pivotal role in the "Best in the West" event, raising over $5 million for individuals with developmental disabilities.
