About Jo Anne

Jo and her husband Ray have raised 4 children together and reside in the quaint Town of Grottoes, Va. They officially have 3 Hokies! Originally from Arlington Va, Jo has lived most of her life in Rockingham County and is a graduate of Spotswood High School. She attended Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, GA with concentrations that included interior design and historic preservation.

Upon her return to the Valley she embarked on a successful career in marketing and sales and has remained active within the community. She has held many leadership roles within the schools her children attended and now serves the Town of Grottoes as Mayor.
