Jo Vincent is a native Texan and proud Austinite since 2006. Combining her love of Austin and her true calling of helping people get to where they want to be in life, Jo obtained her Texas Real Estate License in 2016. She believes that with the right attitude, perseverance, and knowledge, selling or buying a home can be a stress-free, fun endeavor.
Jo wasted no time in making a splash in the industry by winning the Breakout Buyer Agent Award in 2017 and Top Producing Agent in 2018 from her previous brokerage. She also earned her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designations, ensuring that she is up to date and savvy in the ever-shifting real estate market. She works with sellers and buyers to get the best value which is evident through her top-notch negotiating skills. Many of her clients have described Jo’s style as very communicative and knowledgeable - you can expect many property reports and thorough overviews of neighborhoods.
Prior to Real Estate, Jo earned a degree in Resource and Environmental Studies at Texas State University. From there, she worked for the National Historic Trails Association and a Civil Engineering Firm. While this work was challenging and rewarding, it did not fulfill Jo's true calling of directly helping others achieve the lifestyle they deserve.
When Jo is not working with her clients, you can find her running the Town Lake Trail, catching a live music show, hanging out with Chili, her Golden Pyrenees, or making tasty treats in the kitchen. Jo loves striking up conversations with new friends, so do not hesitate to drop her a line!
