Joan was EXTREMELY helpful during my lease application and moving process. As someone who was moving from out of state to New York City for the first time, I found the process of securing an apartment very intimidating. Fortunately Joan is the hardest working broker in the city. You will have all your questions, comments, and concerns addressed in the most punctual and thorough manner. It’s absolutely miraculous how diligent Joan is with her clients. Joan was patient with my endless questions and worries and assisted me as much as possible through the apartment hunting and application process. My girlfriend and I could not be happier with the apartment that we landed. The price and the square footage exceeded our expectations. Joan facilitated every step of the way with the Board Packager application and the on going communication with the landlord. I look forward to working with Joan for YEARS to come whether I’m a renter, buyer, or seller. She made the scary process of moving to New York surprisingly seamless.
