Joan came into real estate after holding Senior Executive/Vice President-level positions in the retail and fashion industry. Joan has overseen a large team in the US as well as offices overseas in Hong Kong and Seoul, Korea. Her extensive travel to China, Hong Kong, Korea, India, and Europe has resulted in lasting international relationships. Negotiating billions of dollars in contracts, Joan relates well to top executives and CEOs and is expert at the art of orchestrating win-win deals.

As your real estate broker, Joan is highly hands-on and dedicated to making you feel well cared for and informed. A New York City resident since 1979. She also has had a home in Southwest Florida since 2008, and currently services the Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and the Fort Myers area.

Joan graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a B.S. Degree in Business. Joan is an associate broker licensed in New York State and also licensed as a sale associate in Florida and works out of the Naples Compass office. Also a Certified Buyers Agent who is continually advancing her real estate knowledge and skills through ongoing coursework.
