Joan Mancini

Joan has been a Realtor since 1998 and managing, with her husband Rick Mancini, their independent, family owned Real Estate office in the heart of Somers. Married with five children and seven grandchildren, Joan has been involved in Real Estate for the last 30 years with buying, selling and renting many of her own properties. Joan has had her Broker License since 2008 as well as her SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), ASP (Accredited Staging Professional), CNE (Certified Negotiating Expert) & MCNE (Master Certified Negotiating Expert). Joan has repeatedly worked with clients and their families by taking pride in getting the job done right... after all it is her name that she represents! Being a full time Broker, is Joan's passion to help represent buyers and sellers needs on a daily basis.
