Licensed in 1991 and have been full-time in Residential Real Estate sales ever since! Over the years, I've received many awards and citations for notable production, i.e. Prudential's President's Circle Award, also the Prudential Leading Edge Society (both of which placed me in the top tier of Prudential Real Estate Licensees in the US and Canada). I've schooled for and earned several Professional Designations, however the one I'm most proud of is the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. Only 3% of licensed Brokers and/or Agents in the US and Canada hold this designation! The education and schooling from this designation alone, has given me the tools and knowledge to better assist my clients and customers in what is (in many cases) one of the most important decisions in their lives...Just about all of my business these days comes from repeat customers or personal referrals. A most appreciated and valued result of hundreds and hundreds of happy homeowners!
